About

Owner and Founder of NCWFitness, Nathan is a certified personal trainer with over 6 years experience learning from some of the most knowledgable and prominent figures in the fitness industry, including fitness pioneers, athletes, celebrities, and competitive bodybuilders.

He uses performance-based functional aesthetics in conjunction with his specialties that include: strength training and metabolic conditioning, bodybuilding, as well as progressive bodyweight training.

 

TRAINING STYLE

Nathan is enthusiastic and good-humored while pushing every client beyond their comfort zones to achieve physical and mental strength in every workout. He holds a “no excuses” mentality when it comes to short-term and long term fitness goals, working with various executives, stay-at-home parents, athletes, and business professionals in New York City.
